Property Condition Acknowledgment

By completing this inspection and signing below, I acknowledge that:

• I have personally inspected the rental property and its contents
• All items listed in the inventory are present and in the condition noted
• I will immediately report any damages, defects, or missing items not documented
• I understand that I may be held financially responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during my stay
• I agree to maintain the property in its current condition and return it in the same state
• I have received a copy of this inspection report for my records

Financial Responsibility

I understand that:

• A $750 refundable damage deposit is required
• Repair or replacement costs for damaged items will be deducted from my security deposit
• If costs exceed the security deposit, I will be billed for the difference
• We reserve the right to charge fair market replacement value for any destroyed, missing, or stolen items
• Unpaid balances may be sent to collections and reported to credit bureaus
• Normal wear and tear is expected and will not result in charges
• Intentional damage or negligence may result in additional penalties
• The deposit is fully refunded within 7 days if no damages or violations occur

Guest Identification Requirement

• All guests 18 years or older must provide valid government-issued photo identification
• Acceptable forms of ID: Driver's License, State ID, Passport, Military ID
• ID copies will be securely stored and attached to your check-in documentation
• Failure to provide required identification may result in denial of access to the property

Reporting Requirements

• I must report any new damage within 24 hours of discovery
• I will document any issues with photos and written descriptions
• I will contact property management immediately for maintenance emergencies

Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that participation in activities at this property, including but not limited to:

• Swimming in pools, hot tubs, saunas, or natural bodies of water
• Use of outdoor equipment (BBQ grills, fire pits, etc.)
• Physical activities (volleyball, mini golf, game rooms, etc.)
• Water sports and beach activities
• Hiking, biking, or other outdoor recreation

Involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or death.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Travel DRD, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for:

• Personal injury, death, or property damage
• Medical expenses resulting from accidents or injuries
• Any claims arising from my use of the property and its amenities
• Acts or omissions of other guests or third parties

Medical & Physical Condition

• I certify that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation
• I will not participate in activities beyond my physical capabilities
• I am responsible for my own medical insurance and expenses

Minor Children

If I am signing on behalf of minor children, I certify that I am the legal guardian and have authority to sign this waiver on their behalf.
